The Bergstrom-Mahler Museum is home to an historic, world-renowned collection of glass paperweights and features traveling exhibits of art genres ranging from comic books to Chihuly glass sculptures. While the glass paperweights are the primary collection that is always on view, the museum also has a Germanic glass drinking vessel collection that is also very interesting and two other glass collections that rotate on view periodically.
The Jayem Gallery displays an astonishing collection of gemstones and more. Doty Cabin houses the memorabilia of Wisconsin’s second territorial governor, James Doty. The Neenah Historical Walking Tour offers a closer look at the cultural and architectural history that has made our community a special place to live.
Neenah's nationally recognized historic downtown is a delightful, friendly place to shop and enjoy history. At the end of downtown, historic mansions of area paper barons surround Riverside Park and Kimberly Point Park offering a spectacular architectural walking tour along Lake Winnebago and the Fox River.
Future Neenah, Inc. a community driven, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the economic and cultural vitality of Neenah offers numerous programs and activities. Just a few include:
- Saturday morning farm markets mid-June through mid-October in the downtown.
- Enjoy the summertime weekly entertainment of the Out-to-Lunch Series and the Evening Concert Series, both held on the multi-use concert lawn at Shattuck Park along the water.
- Ultimate Ladies Day pampering.
- Variety of Christmas celebrations and events.
- The Neenah StreetBall Challenge, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament held on the streets of Downtown Neenah.
