The City of Neenah, as an annual recipient of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, prepares a plan each year that describes the conditions of the community and its housing, and proposes ways to address needs.  The City is now accepting public comment on and applications for the use of the 2012 grant, estimated to be $178,537.  Click the links below to view information on the 2012 CDBG process.
