PROJECT PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION:

The City of Neenah has initiated a planning process to create an integrated master plan for several key waterfront sites in and adjacent to the downtown. The City has hired Planning and Design Institute of Milwaukee to serve as master planners for the projects, the Graef, Anhalt, Schloemmer & Associates as the site civil and environmental engineers for the project.

Glatfelter Mill Redevelopment:

This project involves creating an overall planning vision for the former Glatfelter Mill site. A major component of this plan includes the new corporate headquarters for Plexus Corporation which will be located at the northwest corner of the former mill site. The plan also looks at options for additional development including potential retail, office, and residential uses and opportunities for public open space and parking.

Little Lake Butte des Morts Park Properties Master Plan:

An integrated series of new waterfront parks is the subject of this project. Three park sites have been identified, with opportunities for trails, passive open space, and waterfront access and activities.
