The Neenah Department of Public Health screens all 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade students of private and parochial schools annually for vision activity and sends vision referrals to parents/guardians of children who cannot see 20/30. Hearing screenings are done per request of school, teacher, parent, or student. Vision and hearing screenings for any other student is provided per request from parent, teacher, or student, etc.

In addition, Neenah Public Health Department provides vision and hearing screenings free of charge (ages 4 - adult) to those living inside the Neenah city limits. To accommodate your individual needs, these screenings are by appointment only -- call 920-886-6155.
