Human Resources is responsible for providing well-trained and highly motivated employees to all City departments, to ensure the needs of the citizens and community it serves are being met. Human Resources serves as a consultant to all departments in resolving employee issues, benefit administration and ensuring compliance with federal and state mandates, as well as overseeing the City's Safety Program.
