Cancellations

As soon as cancellations are made, they are posted here, on our cancellation phone line (920)886-6068, and on our Facebook page – like Neenah Parks & Recreation to stay in the loop!

If weather is in question after 4:00PM, please use your best judgment on programs/activities that are outdoors. Cancellations may not be listed here, as we are out of the office.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: If you need to cancel a program you have signed up for, you must contact our office at (920)886-6060 or parkrec@neenahwi.gov to cancel (you cannot cancel registrations yourself). In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact our office to cancel at least 48 hours before the program begins. A $5.00 service charge per transaction is applied to anyone who wishes for a check or credit card reimbursement (we do not refund in cash), OR 100% of the program fee can be applied as a credit to your household account for future use. Transfers of enrollments must also be made at least 48 hours before the program you are transferring out of begins and will be based upon availability of the class you would like to transfer into.
