Riverside Ticket Glitch
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING TO PURCHASE TICKETS
We are currently experiencing problems with our ticketing system. While we are working with our vendor to get them fixed, it doesn’t appear it will happen for the current season. You have the following 3 options to purchase tickets.
- You may continue to attempt purchasing them online. Please read the following instructions first.
- Find the date you’d like to attend and click the View Venue button.
- Click all of the available (green) seats that you would like to purchase. Do not click Add to Cart until you’ve clicked each seat and they are added to your Selected Items.
- Now click Add to Cart. Select the appropriate fee (this is for the 1st ticket only) by clicking the add box to the left of the ticket price (you will select the prices for the remaining tickets later).
- Fill out the Guest Information with the credit card holder’s information and click continue.
- Select the price for your next ticket (do not change the Guest Information, it doesn’t matter whose seat is whose although you may have to re-enter the phone number).
- Click Proceed to Checkout, then click continue.
- Call our office and order tickets over the phone with a credit card (920)886-6060. Your tickets will be at the window to pick up the night of the show.
- Purchase tickets at the park the night of the show (if available).
