Bulky Item Curbside Collection

Starting in 2023, the City will be charging for curbside bulky item collection.  Residents will need to purchase bulky item stickers for items set out for curbside collection.  The sticker is $15 per item.  Stickers can be purchased at the Department of Public Works Office, 211 Walnut Street, 3rd Floor or online.  Stickers that are purchased will be mailed out the next business day.  

Failure to have a sticker on an item will result in the item being tagged as a violation, with the possibility of a $105.00 charge for a special pick up if the violation is not corrected.

Metal Pick Up

The City picks up metal items curbside in tandem with bulky curbside collection.  Metal items will not require a sticker to be purchased, however residents that have metal items must still register their address in order for the item to be picked up.  Items that are not on the list will not be picked up and will result in the item being tagged as a violation, with the possibility of a $105.00 charge for a special pick up if the violation is not corrected.

REMINDER:  The City will NOT PICK UP appliances (stoves, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, microwaves, dish washers, clothes washers, dryers, etc.), electronics (TV’s, computer equipment, VCR’s, etc.) tires, or cardboard.
