“School for Seniors” is a FREE event on October 16, 2026, that provides seniors the opportunity to attend informational sessions with valuable information especially for them. Lakeland University and the City of Neenah’s Committee on Aging have been partners in the event since 2016.
Three information sessions will be held at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 140 S. Green Bay Road, Neenah, starting at 8:45 a.m. Residents of Neenah and area communities are welcome to attend free of charge. Lakeland University Executive Vice President and Vice President for Academic Affairs Joshua Kutney and committee members have organized the event to meet the needs of seniors in the community. “Interest continues to grow in the School for Seniors event, we welcome the opportunity to present these offerings again in 2026,” according to Kutney. Committee on Aging Chair Kristi Branchford notes “We are excited to welcome nationally known keynote speaker Edie Raether, providing even more inspiration and energy to a great program.”
