Welcome
The City Clerk is the custodian of official records and proceeding/minutes of the Common Council as well as various committee/boards/commission. She administers oaths of office and maintains the municipal code of ordinances. The Clerk’s Office offers the availability of data including: election and voting information, conducts voter registration and absentee voting; calendar of meeting dates and keeps city records of ordinances, resolutions, deeds, leases, agreements. The office also accepts requests for public records information, issues bartender, liquor, Christmas tree stands, fire work stands, solicitors, secondhand article/jewelry, taxi, cigarette, dance, amusement devices, street use and carnival licenses/permits and accepts claims against the city.
