Welcome

Here you will find information on parking regulations on the “In This Department” menu to the left and information regarding parking permits and citations below.

Online Parking Portal

We know busy schedules don’t always allow for time to stop in to renew your permits, pay citations, or appeal citations, so instead you can complete these tasks at your convenience online!  Online payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or by eCheck.  There are no transaction fees to make parking payments online.  Check out the details below:

Permits

Some locations downtown Neenah are specifically signed for permit parking only.  To park in these locations, you will need to obtain a parking permit.  Check out the map below to see which locations are currently available:

Downtown Neenah Permit Parking Zones MapDowntown district parking permits are digital, using the license plate of your vehicle(s) as the identifier instead of hangers or stickers.  Because we know you’re not necessarily going to bring the same car each day, you can assign up to 3 vehicles to your permit (with no extra charge).  General permits are $22 per month and can be purchased by month, quarter, or for the full year.

Day passes (to park at a location for a single day) will soon be available as well, so if you’re interested in purchasing day passes, be sure to check back later.  Day passes will be $2/day for permit zones and $4/day for 3-hour and 4-hour time limit zones.

To get started with obtaining a permit, click here to go to the parking portal.  If you are a business owner or someone who is purchasing permits on behalf of multiple people, please call the portal administrator at 920-886-6243 to set up a business account.  For help with navigating the portal, check out the guides below:

If you are uncomfortable using the online portal, you can also purchase permits at:

 Report A ViolationCitations

If you have received a parking ticket, you can make payments online in the parking portal by clicking here.  Payments for citations issued after 8/20/17 will have to be paid here instead.  Unlike making an appeal or buying a permit, you do not need to create a portal account.  For help with navigating the portal, check out the citation guide below:

Municipal CourtAppeals

If you think there has been an error with a citation that was issued to your vehicle, you can appeal a citation online.  To prevent late payment charges, appeals need to be made within 10 days from the date the citation was issued.  Once an appeal has been submitted, the Neenah Police Department will process the request within 4 working days.  Please remember that an appeal does not guarantee that your citation is voided and that you will be subject to the fine increases as stated on the parking ticket.  If you wish to contest the citation in court, you must complete an appeal and contact the Neenah Police Department directly (920-886-6006) to schedule a court date.

To get started with your appeal, create an account or log in by clicking here.  For help with navigating the portal, check out the guides below:

If you are uncomfortable using the online portal, you can also make an appeal by submitting a completed Citation Dispute Form in person at:
