CommunityFest is an Independence Day celebration co-sponsored by the Cities of Neenah and Menasha. Afternoon and evening activities including the Parade of Lights in Neenah on July 3rd, and activities in each city on July 4th.

VENDORS: If you are interested in becoming a food/novelty/activity vendor, please email our office at parkrec@neenahwi.gov. Please include what business/organization you are with and what type of items you would be interested in selling. If we have spots available for your type of vending, we will set up a vendor agreement.
The Parade of Lights is a Neenah/Menasha parade held the night of July 3 night with all units lit up. Anyone can enter. There is no entry fee.
HOW TO SIGN-UP: Read the Parade 101, fill out the Entry Form and turn in your form either at our email: parkrec@neenahwi.gov or in person.
Registration deadline is June 6th, 2026.
