Shelter Rentals

Rental Fees: Weekday charge is for reservations held Monday – Thursday. Weekend Charge is for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Shelters are ALCOHOL-FREE and available from 9:00AM – 10:00PM, with the exception of the Whiting Boathouse – alcohol is allowed, and hours are 9:00AM – midnight. All facilities are handicap-accessible. Shelters must be reserved at least 10 days in advance and can be reserved up to one year in advance. To check shelter availability, please email parkrec@neenahwi.gov or call (920)886-6060 with dates and facilities you’re interested in. Once you book a facility, a contract is mailed to the contact person’s mailing address. The contract is due back with full payment within 10 days. 

Please Note: On January 3, 2025, beginning at 12:00PM, park shelters will be available to rent online. Click here for online shelter rental instructions. Rentals will open online at 12:00AM one year in advance and must be made at least 10 days in advance. You must have an account to rent, and payment is required at the time of rental online with a credit or debit card. Refunds are only given if the renter cancels by contacting our office and someone else rebooks on the same date. You may still contact our office to book. 

Attention: As of January 1, 2025, the following shelters will not be available for rental: Washington Park Shelter (will be used only for NPRD programs), George Scherck Small Room (can only be rented as an add-on to a rental of the George Scherck Large Room)
