Tullar Road between Cecil Street and Breezewood Lane is proposed to have a drive lane, bike lane, and parking lane in each direction, except at key intersections where there will be turn lanes instead of parking lanes. Turn lanes are proposed at Appleblossom Drive, Byrd Avenue, Gay Drive, and Cecil Street.
