OUR MISSION
The mission of the Assessment Department is to accurately and equitably value all real estate and personal property within the City of Neenah. It is our responsibility to ensure all parcels within the city are valued uniformly as market trends dictate.
 
 
Our assessment staff will be visiting properties to the east and south of City Hall to ensure accurate records and maintain fair assessments. If you received a letter in the past few weeks, it means it has been a long time since our last visit to your property.
What to Expect:
–Purpose: Verify assessment records
–Identification: Appraisers will have City-issued photo ID and be driving a city vehicle
–Visit area: E. Doty Ave., south to E. Cecil St., west to S. Commercial St. and the east side streets are Pine St. and Chestnut St.
