A Real Property Status Form will give information on a parcel from the Assessor, Community Development, Public Works, Utility Billing and Finance Departments. This form is typically requested by a title company when a property is being sold or refinanced.
Fees:
$40 – Standard inquiry
$60 – Rush inquiry (1-2 business days)

View Account Balances: To view a utility account balance, select One-Time Payment, and enter the account number(s) provided in the Utility section on the Real Property Status Form. This will return the current balance due on the account for your convenience, but amounts are subject to change due to quarterly and final invoices. Town of Neenah – Sewer Charges
If a property has a Town of Neenah parcel number (starting with 010) and has City of Neenah sewer charges an electronic form can be submitted to get a Real Property Status Form returned with Utility Billing information.
Any request after 12:00pm will be considered the next business day. Completed Real Property Status Form – Town of Neenah Sewer Charges will be returned in 1-3 business days via email or fax.
