Parking Study & RFP for a Parking Management System
City staff have teamed up with downtown businesses to comprise the Downtown Parking Task Force, a group which focuses on improving the parking experience in downtown Neenah. Earlier this year, the Downtown Parking Task Force collaborated with Carl Walker, Inc., a distinguished parking firm, to develop the Downtown Parking Analysis and Management Plan. The purpose of the plan was to assess the state of parking in Neenah and to recommend improvements that will better balance needs of parking users and that will better utilize available infrastructure. The City is currently seeking proposals from qualified bidders on an Integrated Parking Enforcement, Violations and Permit Management System. The City of Neenah Parks and Recreation Commission is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional planning, community design, and public meeting facilitation services for the development of a comprehensive Master Plan for Washington Park. Qualification Statements may be submitted until Monday, March 23, 2015.
