The City Clerk's office offers the availability of data including: election and voting information; Council and Committee proceedings and calendar of meeting dates; and City records of ordinances, resolutions, deeds, leases, agreements. The office also accepts requests for public records information; issues bartender, liquor, Christmas tree, solicitors, cigarette, dance, amusement devices, parade and carnival licenses; and accepts claims against the City.
