Downtown Master Plan

The City of Neenah and the Neenah Central City Business Improvement District are proud to present the Neenah Next Downtown Master Plan. Neenah Next provides a vision for what Downtown Neenah can be, building on its strengths as a vibrant and walkable downtown. This plan was developed with input from the community, downtown stakeholders, and through the vision and leadership of the Downtown Plan steering committee.
