About – Planning & Zoning

The Planning and Zoning Division is dedicated to making Neenah a great place to live, work and play.  With short and long term planning efforts, new development and redevelopment review and enforcement, our Division has taken great pride in continually improving the quality of life in the City.

The Planning and Zoning Division is responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and Updating the City’s Comprehensive Plan
  • Development Review
  • Annexations, Rezoning, Conditional Use Permits
  • Land Subdivisions – Plats and Certified Survey Maps (CSMs)
  • Administering the Zoning and Subdivision Codes
  • Mapping and Analysis
