South Commercial Street Corridor Plan


The South Commercial Street corridor, located between State Street to the north and Alcott Street to the south, is a major business corridor which bisects the City.  The corridor is well situated for revitalization and new investment.  The purpose of this Plan is to create a unified vision of the corridor and provide recommendations to realize that vision.   




Commercial Building Exterior Improvement Grant

Eligible commercial properties within the S. Commercial Street District can now apply for matching grants for exterior building improvement projects.  Click here for more information.
