The fire permit is now processed online. Once the application and payment is complete, the email confirmation is your new fire permit. A copy of the permit (printed or electronic) must be made available upon request of the Police or Fire Department.
Complete the application using the link below. Once you have received your email confirmation, you can begin having recreational fires. Credit card or debit card accepted.
An application will be completed with a cashier in the Finance Department. A confirmation email will be sent, or printed if no email is provided. Debit card, cash or check accepted.
Complete the application and send it with payment to the address below. If no email address is listed, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope that we will use to return the confirmation page to you. Check or cash accepted, check preferred.

Your confirmation page will be emailed or mailed immediately upon receipt of a completed application and payment. Recreational Fire Permits must be on the premise before a fire can be started (printed or electronic).

Per city ordinance all dogs and cats over 5 months of age are required to be licensed in the City of Neenah. The fees are:
Complete the application using the link below, each pet will need to be licensed individually. Please allow 5-10 business days for your application to be processed, once processed the license and tag will be mailed to the address provided.
You will need to bring a valid rabies certificate or no license will be issued. A license and tag will be issued immediately.
After the application is completed, mail or drop off with a copy of a valid rabies vaccination certificate, payment, and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please allow 5-10 business days for your application to be processed, once processed the license and tag will be mailed to the address provided.
If you have a service dog in the City of Neenah you can license online, in the office, or by mail.
