Auction Permit Application
Form required to conduct an auction in the City of Neenah. No fee required. Must submit a copy of Wisconsin registration as required by Wis. Stat. 480.08.
Beverage Operator License Application
Form required for beverage operator license. License fee is $60 ($75 if a Provisional License is issued). Return completed application to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street. Applicant must have completed Responsible Beverage Server training course within the past two years or show proof of a current, or less than two years expired, beverage operator license in a different community. The Public Services & Safety Committee and the Council must approve all licenses prior to issuance. Licenses can be picked up or mailed after approval.
Blasting Permit Application
Form required for blasting permit. There is no fee for this permit. Mail or return completed application to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street. Certificate of Insurance must be on file with the City Clerk or must accompany application. This permit is for days specified on application only. Permit can be picked up or mailed to you upon immediate application processing.
Carnival License Application
Form required to apply for a license to hold a carnival. License fee is $25 per day and must accompany completed application. Certificate of Insurance must be on file with the City Clerk or must accompany application. Mail or return required information to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street. This application is for days specified on application only. License application must be approved by the Public Works and Services Committee (meets Tuesday of the week prior to council meeting), and by the City Council (meets 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month). License can be picked up or mailed to you upon final approval.
Christmas Tree Lot Application
Form required to apply for a permit to sell Christmas trees. Permit fee is $25 and must accompany completed application. Mail or return completed application to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street. Permit can be picked up or mailed to you upon immediate application processing.
Cigarette License Application
Form required to apply for a license to sell cigarettes and/or tobacco products. License fee is $100/year and must accompany application. Return completed application to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street. License can be issued upon immediate application processing.
Fireworks Sales Stand Application
Form required to apply for a permit to sell fireworks. Permit fee is $25 and must accompany completed application. Mail or return completed application to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street. Permit can be picked up or mailed to you upon immediate application processing.
Objection Form for Real Property Assessment
Objection forms must be filed by 8:00 AM on June 3, 2013
Board of Review will be occuring on June 5, 2013
Form required to file an objection on property reassessment if not satisfied with the outcome of the an open book meeting with the Assessor. Download includes explanation of process and Objection Form. Return completed application to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street, at which time an appointment will be scheduled with the Board of Review.
Open Records Request
Form required to request open records from the City of Neenah.
Outdoor Extension of Class B Premise (Beer Gardens) Application & Guidelines Form requred to serve beer/alcohol on an outdoor patio and/or serve food on the sidewalk (public right-of-way). Site plan must accompany the application and approved prior to issuance. Liquor License will be amended to have the site plan on the reverse side. Pawnbroker/Secondhand Jewelry-Article Dealer License
Adopted by reference Wis. Stats. §134.71. Pawnbroker/Secondhand Jewelry Dealers and Secondhand Article Dealers are required to obtain a permit and complete transaction records for each item purchased. To apply for one of the above licenses, file your completed, signed application form in the City Clerk’s Office. Licenses for Pawnbroker, Secondhand Jewelry Dealer and Secondhand Article Dealer for the City of Neenah are issued for a one-year, expiring December 31st. The process to obtain a Pawnbroker/Secondhand Dealer/Secondhand Article license takes approximately 3 weeks from the date of the application until the date of issuance and requires approval from the Public Services and Safety Committee and the Council.

Petition for Street Improvements
Form to file a petition for street improvements. Must acquire signatures of 50% of property owners. Mail or return completed petition to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street for processing.
Solicitor, Peddler/Transient Merchant Permit Application
Form required for door-to-door sales or corner sales stands. First-time permit fee is $25, renewal is $15. Return completed application and fee to City Clerk's Office, 211 Walnut Street. Applicant MUST apply in person to have picture taken to include on the permit. This application is for a one-year permit, expiring Dec. 31. Permit can be mailed or picked up after a 72-hour hold for application processing.
Street Use Permit Guidelines & Application
Form required to request the use of public streets or sidewalks for special events (i.e. parades, Streetball, etc.) Permit fee is $75 and must accompany completed application. Applicant will be responsible to pay Services/Equipment costs associated with the event. Certificate of Insurance must be on file with the City Clerk or must accompany application. Return required information to the City Clerk, 211 Walnut Street. This application is for date specified on application only. Applicant will be directed to contact the City Traffic Engineer to review the plans. Permit application must be reviewed by approved by the Public Works and Services Committee (meets Tuesday of the week prior to council meeting), and by the City Council (meets 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month). Permit can be picked up or mailed to you upon final approval.
