2024 Punch Cards 

Watch your mail in February 2024 for the Drop-Off Site Punch Card.  Punch cards are issued to the current resident (punch cards are not issued to landlords) of single family, two- family, three-family and four-family residential property dwellings.  (Fox Crossing, Town of Neenah, etc are not eligible to use the drop off site).  This punch card will be used as an identification card to access the drop off site at the City Services Building at 1495 Tullar Road.  The card provides 3  punches for residents wishing to dispose of large items (i.e. excess bags of garbage, large items, concrete, dirt/fill).  The punch card also allows residents to drop off yard waste, cardboard, recyclables, brush, leaves, oil) punch free.  Important note for residents – you will always need to bring the punch card with you when disposing of any type of item (large item, recycling or yard waste).

Residents are able to purchase up to two (2) additional punch cards per year.   The 1st additional punch card cost is $30, the 2nd additional card cost is $45.00.  Additional cards can only be purchased when the current card has been used up.  New cards can be purchased in the Department of Public Works, 3rd Floor of City Hall or online by clicking the links below.  Residents purchasing them in person will be required to bring the used punch card with them be issued an additional card.  Residents that have questions can contact the Department of Public Works at 920-886-6240.

Snowbirds or Residents with PO Boxes

The Punch Card is not a forwardable piece of mail.  If you are a snow bird or have a Post Office Box and would like your punch card mailed to a different address or mailed at a later date, please contact the Department of Public Works at 920-886-6240 or by filling out the Punch Card Hold/Alternative Mailing Address form by clicking here.
