The primary responsibilities of the Engineering Department  is the management of the City’s infrastructure and the public improvement projects that are part of the 5 Year Capitol Improvement Program.  This includes, drafting, designing and supervising the various construction projects.  Areas of responsibility include bridges, detention and retention ponds, parking lots and ramps, sewers (sanitary and storm), sidewalks, streets, traffic control and traffic signal and sign maintenance.

The City of Neenah has partnered with Quest Construction Data Network.  This is a web based service that will provide all of the City’s construction project bid documents, including advertisements, plans, contract documents, proposals, etc. in a more timely and effective manner.  

Bid documents may be viewed at no charge to contractors.  The only time you are charged is when you download the documents.  Currently the City is charging a $20 download fee.
