Drop-off Site

Punch Cards

The City of Neenah punch card system is in full swing.  This is a new process that was implemented this year for City of Neenah Residents only (Fox Crossing, Town of Neenah, etc will no longer have use of the drop off site) as an identification card to have access to the drop off site at the City Services Building on Tullar Road.  The card provides 5 no charge punches for residents wishing to dispose of large items (i.e. excess bags of garbage, large items, concrete, dirt/fill).  The punch card also allows residents to drop off yard waste, cardboard, recyclables, brush, leaves, oil) punch free.  Important note for residents – you will always need to bring the punch card with you when disposing of any type of item (large item, recycling or yard waste).

Residents will be able to purchase additional punch cards for $25 when all  5  punches have been punched.  We will require residents to please bring their used punch card with them when purchasing additional cards.  New cards are issued in the Department of Public Works, 3rd Floor of City Hall.  For answers to your questions please take time to read this FAQ or contact the Department of Public Works at 920-886-6240.
